Series 14550 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications �� 90m, standing applications �� 6m
Horizontal: Unsupported applications �� 4.2m, gliding applications �� 250m
Circular movement: Rotating applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180��)

When to use Series 14550

If a weight and price reduction can accompany a compromise in stability
If an e-chain?/e-tube with a 70mm inner height is required
If an inner width up to 600mm is required
For unsupported lengths up to 4.2mand fill weights up to 48kg/m
Also suitable for side-mounted, standing and hanging applications

When not to use Series 14550

When the e-chain? needs to be extremely quiet (��46 dB(A)) and low-vibration
E6.80 range
If large unsupported lengths are required for side-mounted applications
Series 15050 Series E4.80
When longer unsupported lengths and longer travel distances are required
Series 15050 Series E4.80

Note: Please observe minimum clearance from side links! e-chain?: 16 mm

70.1 Standard - for all purposes
Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains? and e-tubes.

70.3 For many thin cables
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables fitted side by side. Space-saving, secure footing �C for e-chains? and e-tubes. Also available for QuickLock crossbars.

70.4 For e.g. side-mounted applications
Asymmetrical separator, results in defined clearance and spacers can be dispensed with. For e-chains? and e-tubes.

520.X Horizontal interior separation
Locks securely into separators at both ends, giving a fixed width. Can be used as a full-width shelf for integrated interior separation or as a shelf for modular shelving at three levels.

70.2 Faster installation of cables
Separator for igus? openable crossbar 450.X. Q. One side with wide base for secure seating, opposite side is narrow for easy cable installation (light clamping). Can also be used in e-tubes.

70.5 Locks in securely in 5mm increments
Notch separator for notch crossbar with scaling. Can be positioned precisely. For e-chains? and e-tubes. Recommended for side-mounted applications.

520.X Horizontal interior separation

Steel guide troughs, heavy-duty

2. The length of the C profile depends on dimension B_Ri

Guide troughs are used for applications where the upper run of the e-chain? glides on the lower run. When using the igus? steel guide trough, the following components are required: Guide trough without glide bars, part number 94.50, guide trough with glide bars, part number 94.51 installation sets as joint connectors, Part. No. 94.50. XX
.XX indicates the length of the C-profiles on which the guide trough will be mounted. The standard length of the trough parts and glide bars is 2m. The required length of guide trough is determined by the travel length.
