Series E03 - Chain to be filled along the outer radius

1. Smallest igus? e-chain? - Interior dimensions 5 x 5 mm
2. Very easy to fill - ideal for applications with pre-assembled connectors, opening and closing the lids are no longer necessary
3. Mounting bracket with integrated strain relief 4. Small pitch for quiet, smooth run
5. Very low weight
6. Very cost-effective price
7. "Push button principle" keeps chain links together

Series E03 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications �� 0.4 m
Circular movement: Rotating applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180��)

When to use Series E03

Smallest igus? e-chain? - Interior dimensions 5 x 5mm
When a very small e-chain? with 5.0mm inner height and smallest bend radii is required
For inner widths up to 10mm
For unsupported lengths up to 0.4m and fill weights up to 0.24kg/m
When easy filling without opening and closing of lids is required
If quiet running is required
If a light and cost-effective e-chain? is required

When not to use Series E03

For applications with particularly high loads and long unsupported lengths
Series 04 E2 micro
When a non-openable e-chain? is required
Series 03 E2 micro
