Series 047 - Chain, zip-open along the outer radius

1. Small pitch for quiet, smooth operation
2. For high accelerations
3. Quick opening and closing using zipper band
4. Zipper can be separated and joined on each chain link
5. Low weight and strong
6. Mounting brackets available

Series 047 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications �� 0.4 m
Circular movement: Rotating application possible, if necessary with reworking (from 180�� rotation angle mechanical reworking is always necessary)

When to use Series 047 "Zipper"

If quick opening and easy closing are required
If very quiet running is required.
If attractive design is required
If long service life is required
Cost-effective

When not to use Series 047 "Zipper"

When an easy filling without opening and closing of the chain is required
Series E04 "easy chain"

Unsupported length

The unsupported length depends on fill weight

fill weight = 0.125 [kg/m]
unsupported length FLB = 0.3 m
travel = 0.6 m
