Separators and spacers
 
80.1 Standard - for all purposes
Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains? and e-tubes.
 
80.2 Faster installation of cables
Separator for igus? openable crossbar 450.X. Q. One side with wide base for secure seating, opposite side is narrow for easy cable installation (light clamping). Can also be used in e-tubes.
 
80.3 For many thin cables
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables fitted side by side. Space-saving, secure footing ¨C for e-chains? and e-tubes. Also available for QuickLock crossbars.
 
80.4 For e.g. side-mounted applications
Asymmetrical separator, results in defined clearance and spacers can be dispensed with. For e-chains? and e-tubes
 
80.5 Locks in securely in 5mm increments
Notch separator for notch crossbar with scaling. Can be positioned precisely. For e-chains? and e-tubes. Recommended for side-mounted applications.
 

• Separators can be arranged in any position in the chain cross-section. The standard separator part number 511 offers secure standing ability with its wide base, even for large cables/hoses. As standard separators are fitted every 2nd chain link.
• Locking separator 514 with increased holding strength in applications with extreme loads.
• The locking separator 518 is used in applications with very high humidity, e.g. in composting plants. The side notch is used to ensure the correct alignment of the separators - if they are misaligned, the e-chain? can onlybe opened by damaging the separators.
• When you want a wider spacing between the separators or if they should be fixed in their positions, e.g. for side-mounted applications, you can use spacers 415.10, 415.15, 415.20, 415.30 and 415.40. You can obtain a wide variety of possible spacings between the separators and by combining the different widths or spacers and the asymmetrical spacer 511A. Note: The available inner height is reduced by 2 mm per spacer (attached on both sides by 4 mm) To prevent this, the parts can also be installed from the outside onto the opening crossbar (not on long travels).

520.X Horizontal interior separation
Locks securely into separators at both ends, giving a fixed width. Can be used as a full-width shelf for integrated interior separation or as a shelf for modular shelving at three levels.
 

• For applications involving many cables with different diameters, shelves can be fitted at different heights. Shelves of different widths can be arranged in steps of 7 mm on 11 levels.
• Shelf 421.X can be combined with locking separator, slotted 520 (triple-slotted), Clamp/separator with height slot 517 (single-slotted), Middle plate 513 (11 slots), height slot separator 515 (11 slots), the open height slot separator 519 (11 slots) and the side plates (11 slots) E6.80.13/E6.80.14.
• Note about side plate: for e-chain? side part E6.80.01.XX, please use the side plate E6.80.13 and for side part E6.80.02.XX, please use side plate E6.80.14!
• For a more divided solutionheight slot separators 515 can be used. For installing the open height slot separators 519 (11 slots) and the locking separator, slotted 520 (triple-slotted), the top and bottom slots cannot be used for shelves.
