Series R68 New 每 Tube, opens along the outer radius

1. Excellent protection for cables and hoses, from hot swarf as well
2. Large pins, high strength
3. Smooth chip-repellent outer contour
4. Small pitch for quiet, smooth running
5. Lids can be removed along the outer radius
6. Fully enclosed
7. KMA mounting brackets with option to fasten from any side
8. Integrated strain relief is available specially for e-tubes

Available inner widths Bi: 50 to 250mm
Available bend radii R: 100 to 300mm
Pitch: 36mm/link = 28 links/m

R68 Series is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≒ 2.5 m, gliding applications ≒ 100 m
Circular movement: Rotating applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180～)

When to use Series R68 New "E2 tubes"

If a stong e-tube with small pitch for low-noise running and 45mm interior height is required
If an inner width up to 250mm is required
For unsupported lengths up to 2.5m and fill weights up to 10kg/m
For high requirements of chip tightness

When not to use Series R68 New "E2 tubes"

If a particularly cost-effective solution is required
Series R117/R118
When no swarf protection is required
Series 2400/2500 E2/000
Extremely swarf-resistant e-tubes
