Series R4.56 - tube, openable from both sides

1. Straight running due to inner/outer link design
2. Low-noise running due to built-in brake in the stop-dogs
3. The undercut design ensures very high rigidity and load capacity
4. 15% more tensile strength (compared to the best old E4 series), better unsupported length due to improved vertical stop-dogs
5. Openable crossbar available 450.X. Q
6. New interior separation system increases the service life of your cables by up to a factor of 4
7. "No camber" version possible simply by rotating the outer link; no rework required
8. Crossbars can be removed from both sides
9. Lid for e-tube can be opened and removed
10. Wide plastic crossbars 每 cable-friendly

Available bending radii R: 150 to 500 mm
Pitch: 91 mm per link = 11 links/m

R4.56 Series is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications ≒ 100m, standing applications ≒ 6m
Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≒ 5m, gliding applications ≒ 400m
Circular movement: Rotating applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180～)

When to use Series R4.56

When a robust e-chain?/e-tube with 56mm inner height is required
If an inner width up to 600mm is required
For unsupported lengths up to 5.0m and fill weights up to 62kg/m
For travel lengths up to 400m
Also suitable for side-mounted, standing and hanging applications
Many modular options and accessories available

When not to use Series R4.56

When e-chain? is to be used in cleanrooms (ISO Class 1)
Series E6.52
When an extremely low vibration e-chain? is required

If a compromise for more cost-effective price/stability can be made
