Series 1500 ESD 每 chain, openable along the outer radius

The E2/000 ESD series is igus's fourth generation in this size. All our past experience went into this series: easy and versatile assembly combined with ruggedness - high strength paired with quiet operation, long cable life and many mounting options. The design is consistent across all E2/000 variants. It is the standard product for machinery around the world.

* The required clearance height is HF = H + 25 mm (at 0.5 kg/m fill weight), which should be observed in all types of applications. Please contact us if you have particularly confined space requirements.

Unsupported length

The unsupported length depends on fill weight
X axis: unsupported length in m FLB/FLG
Y axis: fill weight in kg/m
Lower scale: travel S in m
FLB = unsupported with permissible sag
FLG = unsupported with straight upper run

The diagrams for unsupported lengths apply to standard e-chains? made of igumid?GLW material. The values can also be used for assessing e-chain? applications in ESD special material. If the respective maximum unsupported length exceeds 80%, the suitability of the e-chain? should be verified by a practical test.

"Super-aluminium" trough - the igus? standard for guide troughs

The "Super-aluminium" trough is a modular system of guide troughs for long travels (where e-chains? glide on each other). The basic "Super-aluminium" trough is available in simple, cost-effective "basic designs" and can be expanded for sophisticated plant construction. This universal usability makes it the recommended igus? standard for guide troughs.
