ZLW Carbon

Lubrication-free & 100% metal-free

The combination of tribologically optimised drylin® W linear guide made of carbon with drytech® polymers in the carriage and deflection make the toothed belt axis ZLW-0630-P the first completely metal-free toothed belt axis. Due to the fully solid plastic construction within the support ends by the use of xiros® ball bearings (with plastic or glass balls), the system is extremely lightweight and completely maintenance-free, because all bearings run dry, free of lubrication.
