Series 094 chain, openable along the inside

5. Small pitch for quiet, smooth running
6. Injection-moulded crossbar, openable lid on inside with integral hinge
7. Outer height ha = 19,3 mm

Series 094 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications Ём 1 m
Circular movement: Rotating application possible, if necessary with reworking (from 180Ёу rotation angle mechanical reworking is always necessary)

When to use Series 094

When a small e-chain? with 15?mm inner height and smallest bend radii is required
Inner width 10mm
For unsupported lengths up to 1.0m and fill weights up to 0.7kg/m
Quiet operation due to small pitch
If an e-chain? with integral hinge is required
When easy filling with connectorised cables is required

When not to use Series 094

When an enclosed e-tube is required

Unsupported length

The unsupported length depends on fill weight
X axis: unsupported length in m FLB/FLG
Y axis: fill weight in kg/m

Reference example A:
fill weight = 0.7 [kg/m]
unsupported length FLB = 0.63 m
travel = 1.26 m
