Substructure for robolink® DP robots
The robot substructure convinces with its compact appearance and its flexible application possibilities. In order to ensure a secure footing on the floor even when the robot arm is extended to its maximum extent, the construction is lowered onto its solid base during operation and thus offers the robot itself and its surroundings a safe working environment. The frame can be mounted on the robot in just a few simple steps and with little effort using the prefabricated holes.
The base has been developed so that the articulated arm robots from the RL-DP-4 and RL-DP-5 series can be optimally mounted on a table. The table mounting allows the three-dimensional movement of the robot to be performed safely without damaging axis 1.
